About us
Art doesn’t have to wait to be recognized.
sanaTema was founded for artists who are not yet well known, for students, and for anyone selling for the first time.
Every artist begins as someone who hangs their first artwork on a wall one day. Behind that canvas are sleepless nights, lines erased and drawn again, and an excitement never told to anyone.
Most of the time, that artwork waits quietly behind a wardrobe or in the corner of a student flat. Because galleries look for famous names, intermediaries ask for big shares, and doors stay closed. The talent is there; the path is not.
sanaTema was born as an answer to this silence. We wanted to open a showcase for everyone who wants to share their art without waiting to become famous.
Here we don’t ask for a name, a title or a reference. You may be a student, you may be selling for the first time; sign up for free, upload your artwork and set the price yourself. Sell at a fixed price or at auction — your choice.
Whoever buys an artwork doesn’t just get a painting or a sculpture; they become the first owner of a story. A student’s first sale is the loveliest way of saying “I can do this”; being part of that moment is our greatest joy.
May no wall stay empty, may no artist be left unfinished. Art has a place. Yours too.
Our name carries three meanings
- sanatWhere everything begins.
- temaThe spirit of an artwork, the atmosphere of a wall.
- sana“We offer you a theme”: a stage, a showcase, a place — for you.
An open door for everyone
We don’t ask for fame, a title or a reference. Students and first-time sellers are as welcome as the best-known artists.
